I’m well aware most women can be transformed from a screaming banshee into a delectable mermaid by a dose of retail therapy. Successful R.T allows us ladies to return home and cook a lovely meal for the man we despised at 9am the same day. Is it the 'bagging a bargain' concept or overcrowding the shared wardrobe with similar items that puts a smile on our faces? The ruffle skirt works wonderfully with wet look leggings teamed with a leather jacket for rock chic inspirations (please include a sexy sweep of ruby red lipstick plus ruffled quiff). Alternatively, simply add a stylish waist belt, drop necklace and some platform heels to look 'pretty in the city’. If it’s seriously cold out, then you can layer up with a short sleeved bow-shirt underneath and some black tights which looks glamorous whilst keeping you from turning blue. At the new sale price of £58.23, this dress conforms to fall’s trends as well as the scruples of the economic climate...if I mention the credit crunch one more time I may have to go boil my head.
