Stupid Cupid

Being freshly single and still bitter, I conjured up every excuse possible not to write this blog. To ignore the pillar-box red paper hearts that are crammed in every shop window whilst avoiding staring at those sickeningly smoozy couples because I want to rip their heads apart (like I said…still bitter).

Unfortunately, however hard I’ve tried, I cannot escape the fact that it’s Valentines Day tomorrow. Thus I’m reluctantly taking the cliché approach ‘if you can’t beat them, join them.’ Regardless of your relationship status, every woman has the right to feel sexy, and where else better to start than with some gorgeous lingerie! So for you singles and girlfriends alike, I have searched for some stunning underwear that will make you feel amazing and remind Mr. perfect/casual dater/one night stand that you are still out of his league, and quite rightly so.

La Perla

La Perla is renowned for its intricately beautiful pieces, and this g-string epitomizes their individuality. The dainty black bat inspired wings are clearly not practical for wearing under garments, but this is a strictly ‘bound to the bedroom’ look. He’ll be staring at your rear end continuously, which is all the better for you.

La Senza

If you’re after something a little less dark and a little more doll, then La Senza has a stunning antique lace padded babydoll slip. Pink and black lace with two adorable pink bows that accentuate your feminine hips makes this an enticing number that will keep him on his toes all night long.

Agent Provocateur

If you wish to purchase a set that can also be worn during the day, Agent Provocateur’s Fifi range is fabulously practical and sizzling hot. Whilst the bra gives helpful uplift, the briefs enhance your womanly shape and exude a romantic soft side that you can hide under your clothes and reveal when you get home for some passionate fun.
