Charity Shops = Cheap as Chips

If you’ve never done a ‘charity shop’ shopping day, then shame on you. The pre-conception that it is all old toot and smells like it has been decaying for a decade is, on some occasions, sadly true but often it is far from the truth. Hidden gems, vintage treasures, designer couture cast offs can all be found at charity shops, just waiting for you to explore, find, say ‘Oh.My.God’ in a crap American accent and then immediately purchase.

With this as my foundation thought, I have some ridiculously fantastic, you’ll cry with excitement, news for you. On March 6th at midday, Oxfam will be selling online 300 second hand designer and high street hand bags to the general public. Hurray! Bags are starting at prices as little as £1.99 and the designers range from Calvin Klein, Lulu Guinness, Mulberry, D&G and many more. The sale finishes on March 8th at midnight, so don’t miss this opportunity to bag yourself the perfect bargain! (Did you see what I did there?) Simply go to www.oxfam.org.uk/handbags for some serious charity shop shopping madness.
