Have a play with a Palette

Too Faced is a make up brand often overlooked, but undeservedly so. Often found in a dusty corner of the department store, a Too Faced stand will sit yearning for girls to come and play with its pretty powder blush and other adorable cosmetics. Yes, it may appear as an under brand, but realistically it is rivalling the likes of Benefit, Urban Decay and Mac cosmetics. With equally quirky and vibrant pieces, Too Faced take pride in both their product and packaging. What’s more, the cosmetics actually work! I always feel like beating someone when I’ve spent £20 on one item and once I’ve got it home realised its actually shit and doesn’t make me ‘flawless’ or cover ‘dark circles’ or ‘lift my eyes’ etc. So extra brownie points to Too Faced just for making stuff that WORKS.

With this is mind then I feel I have stumbled across an absolute gem on the web. Us girls have been given the opportunity to design, create and customize our very own Too Faced palette! With an adorable 3D step by step guide to the end palette, we get to choose from 3 different blushers, 5 different duo eye shadows and finally from a variety of their best selling products. Does it stop here? God no! We then can choose which background and graphic we want to have on the lid (I’m a fan of ‘meow mix’ and ‘chandeliers’) as well as personalising the box with our chosen writing. Finally, you can fill in the gift tag that will be sent with it. Wow. What an amazing gift idea this is! It looks fantastic, and the products alone will be worth the $35 dollars it costs to order online. Beauty bargain of the month, most definitely.
